Additional Rules & Guidelines

Fire Safety & Fire Pit Usage

Fires are only permitted in stone fire pit located at the entry of the home. Fires are strictly prohibited along the trail and in the woods of the property.

Fires should always be supervised by an adult at all times.

Fires should be kept to a reasonable size within the fire pit walls.

Once finished, please extinguish all fires with nearby hose. Spigot is located to the left of the front door near bushes. Do not allow fires to “burn out” on their own.

Please only use the fire pit blankets provided. These are wool and safe to use around flames. Do not use the great room blankets.

Security cameras

All guests are notified that security cameras are present on the premises. Cameras may be actively monitored to insure house rules are followed and to maintain the home. If violations are observed, you will be contacted and can be asked to leave the property immediately. Cameras are located on the exterior and at entry points only. No cameras are present in private areas of the home (bedrooms and bathrooms). Camera system is closed circuit with no audio recordings.

Unless given expressed written permission from the host, furniture is not to be moved from original locations. Indoor furniture is never allowed to be moved to the exterior or vice versa.
